General terms and conditions of the offer

HYDRATIS (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is organizing an exceptional promotional offer from August 20 to 22, 2025 inclusive , the conditions of which are detailed below.

1. Subject of the offer

The offer consists of an exceptional discount expressed as a percentage , equivalent to the highest temperature recorded in mainland France at 12:00 PM each day , according to official data published on the website www.meteofrance.com .

Example: if the highest temperature in mainland France at noon is 34°C, the discount for the day will be -34% .

2. Duration of the offer

The offer is valid only:

  • Wednesday, August 20, 2025 ,
  • Thursday, August 21, 2025 ,
  • Friday, August 22, 2025 .

Each day, the offer is announced in an Instagram story on the Hydratis.co account and activated at 12:30 PM (Paris time) and remains valid until 11:59 PM the same day , while supplies last.

3. Announcement of the promotional code

The promo code of the day is only communicated via:

  • An Instagram story on the brand's official account: Hydratis.co

It is not communicated on the website, nor through any other channel. However, a reminder of the offer will be sent in the newsletter to subscribers.

4. Eligibility conditions for the offer

The offer is valid:

  • Only when purchasing 3 tubes or more (flavors of your choice),
  • The following are excluded from the offer :
    • The pre-configured packages (mini pack, discovery pack, mega pack),
    • Water bottles, flasks and other accessories,
    • Subscription orders.

5. Terms of delivery

  • The discount percentage is applied directly by entering the promotional code provided on the day in question into the field provided for this purpose during checkout.
  • One use per order.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional codes or automatic discounts.
  • No refunds or credits can be issued retroactively if the code is forgotten to be used during the order.

6. Product Availability

The offer is valid while stocks last . The company cannot be held responsible for stock shortages that prevent the completion of the order during the promotional period.

7. Modification or interruption of the operation

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel all or part of the promotional operation in the event of force majeure or an exceptional event beyond its control (e.g., technical incident, website malfunction, obvious error in the published temperatures).

8. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those designated in accordance with the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him took possession of the goods, or for subscription contracts: from the date on which the Customer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller by email at contact@hydratis.co

The products are returned to the Seller at the following address:

The products must not have been used or damaged and must be returned intact in their original packaging.

The Customer may be held liable in the event of deterioration of the product by the Customer.
