⚠️ Important information:

• Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day.
• Orders placed by "express delivery" before 3 p.m. are delivered the next day (except weekends and public holidays)
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return your package under certain conditions:

Return conditions:

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
• Personalized water bottles cannot be returned.

How to make a return:

1. Contact us at contact@hydratis.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the necessary instructions for the return.
3. Please note: You will need to include your order number and email address in the return package.
4. Once the package is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Return costs:

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure receipt of your return package.
