How do Hydratis lozenges work to hydrate the body?
Hydratis lozenges are inspired by the principle of ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution). They contain a precise dosage of minerals, sodium, and glucose to enable rapid assimilation of liquids and thus rehydrate the body quickly and effectively while compensating for electrolyte loss. It is this physiological principle that has significantly reduced infant mortality in many developing countries.
What is the shelf life of Hydratis once prepared?
Once the tablet is dissolved in water, we recommend discarding the solution after 24 hours.
Why do Hydratis lozenges contain sugar?
To improve the passage of water between your intestines and your blood, the presence of sugar and electrolytes is essential. Hydratis was developed with an extremely low dose of sugar, which is necessary to allow for optimized hydration.

How much Hydratis should I take for sports or exercise?
The dose varies depending on the intensity and duration of the sport or physical exercise. To maintain good hydration, it is necessary to compensate for the loss of fluid and electrolytes. The dose should therefore be sufficient to equal the amount lost. We recommend putting 2 tablets in a 500 ml bottle and renewing it as needed (up to a maximum of 5 tablets per day). It is recommended to drink every 15 to 20 minutes during exercise.
